Rick Kriss, CEO
Rick is an industry veteran with 25 years of experience in IT networks and more than a decade of experience with cold chain applications in the Life Sciences industry. He was an early participant in the development of international standards for wireless sensor networks. While CEO of a prior company, Frost and Sullivan recognized his technical achievements with an award for the Most Innovative Product of the Year in the field of wireless sensor application frameworks. Chris Exline, CTO
Chris has been designing and developing software for over 20 years. He directs the development of the TRAXX system, facilitates the integration with partner systems, and works closely with customers to ensure painless deployments of TRAXX. Tenure: 14 years, co-founder.
Trisha Malone, CFO/VP Operations
Trisha is a seasoned professional with more than 29 years of experience in all aspects of business in technology companies. She has an extensive background in finance, accounting, human resources, and operations. Tenure: 14 years, co-founder.
Peter Larsson, VP Field Operations and Customer Service
Peter has a background in biochemistry and brings over 20 years of experience in the domain of wireless sensor networking. He has designed and managed the installation and maintenance of hundreds of wireless sensor installations. He brings significant experience in the areas of system integration, testing, project management, product development, training, and customer success. Tenure: 14 years, co-founder.

Dennis Pope
Dennis brings valuable industry and leadership experience and currently serves on KLATU Network's Board of Directors. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Environmental Express from 2006 to 2013. Prior to his role at EE, he served as President at Kendro Laboratory Products (SPX Corp) from 2000 to 2005 and he also served at Executive VP and COO at Cole-Parmer from 1996-2000 and prior as VP of Sales at Fisher Scientific from 1990-1996. Dennis is on the Boards of Antylia Scientific, Nordon Plastics, FEl Inc. and IC Biomed.
Cliff Waits
Cliff brings many years of sales development and management experience to KLATU. Prior to his advisory role with KLATU, Cliff served as Vice President, Sales at Thermo Fisher.
